Questo fatto ha un effetto rilassante come il tanto verde proveniente dal verde scuro degli abeti rossi e cembri e dal verde chiaro dai prati sui cocuzzoli dolci. Attraverso escursioni in montagna moderate e non così ripide come lungo il crinale principale delle Alpi, si arriva alle montagne verdi che sono tuttavia alte quasi 2.000 metri.
