The summer menu at the VINUM restaurant

The VINUM restaurant offers typical Alpine Adriatic cuisine. Whether it is bistecca ai ferri or homemade Carinthian dumplings, Carinthian salmon trout or simply a big bowl of soup - at VINUM you can enjoy dining in a wine vault, surrounded by fine wines.  

 

Suitable wines, selected beers on tap and a wide selection of fine spirits complement your gastronomic experience. 

 

At VINUM you can also gather for a glass of wine in the evening - well-advised by the sommelier Christoph Zach or Hannes Nindler. 

 

Our VINUM is open from 25 December to 6 January 2019 and we are happy to cook for you from 12.00 to 14.00 and from 18.00 to 21.00

 

In summer the VINUM is open from 12 May to 29 September. We will be happy to cook for you from Wednesday to Sunday, from 12.00 to 14.00 and from 18.00 to 21.30.
