Slow Food at Lindenhof

Since 2007 we have been an official member of Slow Food Austria and are committed to promoting and upholding regional products and ways of life. We use organic crystal salt and quality olive oils in our cuisine. 


Beef, pork and veal:

from local farms, e.g. from Ilgenfritz and from Frierss, Villach. 


Milk and dairy products:

from Austria with an AMA quality seal (e.g. from Kärntner Milch)


Eggs (free-range):

Karawanken free-range eggs, Rabitsch farm, Faak am See


Eggs (free run):

Potatoes, seasonal vegetables and fruit:

from local farming, Robitsch


Freshwater fish (Kärntna Laxn):

Carinthian fish from the Feld am See fish farm - Hofer family

The inclusion of these regional suppliers, as well as the use of Grander water - a vitalised water that is very resistant to external influences - complements our philosophy of "Eating time is living time!".
