Our chef Martin Schretter and his team were again awarded two toques in the Gault Millau guide 2022. The Lindenhof cuisine is therefore once again among the best in Carinthia - already for 40 years. Martin loves what is regional and manages to combine traditional and modern elements into unique dishes.

He likes to purchase ingredients from farmers, hunters and producers in the valley and can chat to you about dishes and recipes in old cookbooks. All Lindenhof guests enjoy his Slow Food cuisine, in both the daily evening menu and the à la carte dining rooms.

 

For gourmets who like to dedicate a whole evening to dining, he will also conjure up unforgettable taste journeys of several courses with accompanying wine (prior booking required).

"The first building on the square is now a casual bistro with a suitable menu. Customers are also served at the village shop that goes by the title of 'Radlerei'. The cuisine is both classical and creative, for example char with parsley potatoes and salad, as well as gnocchi with carrot cardamom, orange and paprika-tomato dip. Local beef and pork guarantee a high meat quality. The salmon trout ceviche is complemented by mango and avocdo. Appealing selection of wines, excellent coffee."
