Our chef Martin Schretter and his team were awarded two toques in the Gault Millau guide 2021. The Lindenhof cuisine is therefore once again among the best in Carinthia - already for 40 years. Martin loves what is regional and manages to combine traditional and modern elements into unique dishes.
He likes to purchase ingredients from farmers, hunters and producers in the valley and can chat to you about dishes and recipes in old cookbooks. All Lindenhof guests enjoy his Slow Food cuisine, in both the daily evening menu and the à la carte dining rooms.
For gourmets who like to dedicate a whole evening to dining, he will also conjure up unforgettable taste journeys of several courses with accompanying wine (prior booking required).
