Gault Millau 2024
Test result 2024 of the anonymous testers from Gault Millau
The gourmet restaurant in the Lindenhof only has five tables. The seats are in high demand, because head chef Martin Schretter guarantees a light approach full of little surprises. His credo: the products should be sourced from producers or farmers as close as possible. This philosophy is happily reflected in all of the hotel's culinary offerings, from breakfast to dinner. The trout, which is served as tartare and has an earthy touch of beetroot, comes from Lake Millstatt. The Wagyu beef comes from Lieserbrücke, along with chanterelles from Mirnock - so simple, so good. We would also like to mention the grocery store, where Martin Schretter's famous glass dishes are also available for enjoyment at home. The Lindenhof: a gourmet paradise.
